Refunds & Cancellation

This page describes the customer-facing operating framework for RichRoads V1.

RichRoads Pro

Customers may cancel RichRoads Pro through the Stripe customer billing portal when enabled. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period and access continues through that paid period.

$29 Personalized Wealth Blueprint

The Blueprint is a one-time digital product delivered after payment verification. Contact RichRoads Support promptly for duplicate charges, inability to access a verified purchase, or a material technical delivery problem. Other refund requests are reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable law.

Failed payments

If a Pro renewal payment fails, access may be limited according to the subscription status Stripe reports. RichRoads may send a service message directing the customer to update the billing method.

Refund effects

If a Blueprint purchase is refunded, private Blueprint access may be disabled. Canceling Pro does not erase the original one-time Blueprint purchase.
